Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, or due to customs processing.

International Shipping

ELRY SHOP proudly ships worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor your package in real time.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. ELRY SHOP is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. ELRY SHOP is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
